Without SEX u would n0t have been born on this planet. Infact for every human or animl that exists on earth, some one somewhere had to have SEX . So...you would be justified in saying that sex is very much a "part of Life".About being in limit, my dear, just as, not all fingers of ur palm are the same, all men & women are not the same. A limit to anything is set by the individual, for some couples having sex daily may be the limit, twice daily also is a limit, once a week or month also can be a limit, it all depends on the couple & the individuals.
Personally I feel that the more SEX u have the more youthful to look & behave, SEX is the best exercise on this planet,...trust me on this one, if u r a person who enjoys various posistion, believe me every limb & muscle of ur body is exercised when u have a session of good healthy sex.. lastly...SEX !! ONCE A DAY WILL KEEP U HEALTHY & FIT !!Make it a part of ur life...infact welcome it...u will end up loving ur spouse more & more.
Sex is the integral part of creation & bonding. Couples tend to "love more" rather than hate each other, sex spreads love,SEX IS THE ONLY GAME ON THIS PLANET, IN WHICH TWO PLAYERS PARTICIPATE , IF PROPER RULES ARE FOLLOWED...... IN THE END BOTH WIN !!! Wouldnt u like to participate in a game in which u will always be assured of a victory !!!! please do not set limits...when u set limits...u r not allowing ur soul to express its utmost desires to the fullest !!! Sex is the feeling of the soul...u have no right to supress any feelings your soul !
